Boyd continues to be an ornery fireball, and bundle of nonstop positive energy. He brightens the lives of everyone he meets. January 2 Boyd experienced his first loss, his "Buddy"/ Great Grandpa Ramsey, passed away. Boyd has many of Great Grandpa's characteristics with his Ramsey eyes and bright smile, not to mention his charisma and ability to be a ham in all situations. As we grieve, I am grateful that Boyd had the opportunity to know and love his Great Grandpa. In Grandpa's final days Boyd would still reach for him and sit for a while (Grandpa is one of the few people Boyd would sit still for) and on Grandpa's last non coma day he and Boyd shared some icecream. They truly had a special bond. To pay tribute to Great Grandpa, Boyd sported a bow tie, my grandpa's signature clothing item. Boyd left the bow tie on all day. Great Grandpa's legacy continues, but we will miss him nonetheless.

This is the story Boyd wanted us to tell about his eye. He won the match not the door hinge.

Two headed monster.

Mr. Clean.

Just back from a run. Kicked his shoes off, now time to hydrate.

Daddy' s famous fish hook.

Christmas morning. Boyd felt sorry for the baby stuck in his crib. Try screaming for hours on end, my parents save me when I do that he said.

Kissing the babies in the book.

Despite having piles of presents, Boyd decided he would steal one from mom's pile and deliver it to Uncle Pete. I don't think the ring would fit uncle Pete.

Great Aunt Marge and Bo.

Boyd and Gramps with the chipmunk Boyd likes to kiss.

Playing his turtle drum with Grandma Ramsey.

What did you drop down the laundry chute this time?
